I am not one to write a review for any business, despite whether I was severely pleased or disappointed. But I feel the need to give Aesthetic Family Dentistry acknowledgement for their award winning service. I have what you call a severe chronic fear of the dentist... I'm 23yrs old and the last time I had graced the seat of a dentist chair was when I was 10. For 13yrs I have avoided them successfully until last week. I was at work eating a granola bar at9:30 a.m. when I felt a sudden and deep pop within my jaw. My right upper molar had broke in half sideways!! After debating for at least an hour whether or not I could live life with a broken molar and the pain, I realized the severity of the situation and decided to call Aesthetic Family Dentistry (due to a family referral). As soon as I called, I was greeted with a friendly and sympathetic voice of the front desk coordinator. She informed me to come in right away... despite being an emergency walk in. As, I walked in the dental office I was pleased by the atmosphere. Greeted by perfect smiles, I was surprised at how up to date and open the environment was. Within minutes Marissa (the dental assistant) had me in a reclined chair reviewing my oral x-ray. She was very informative and upbeat about my misfortune. Which made me feel at ease... knowing that my broken molar would be easily fixed. She informed me to come back at4:00 p.m. (which gave me time to fill my …prescription before my root canal prep) Before hand Scott Methven introduced himself as the dentist that would be working on me. Upon my return I was instantly seated and Maria (the dental assistant) hooked me up with the good O' "happy gas" for about 20 minutes to calm my anxiety and prepped me with some numbing agent. She had me laughing the entire time while waiting. I didn't even feel the 3 shots into my jaw and cheek that Dr. Scott administered. They were attentive in checking whether I was experiencing any discomfort and the procedure was done fairly quickly. I go back on Nov.10th for the finishing of my root canal and as weird this may sound. I can easily say, with no fear in the back of my mind. That I look forward to my appointment at Aesthetic Family Dentistry, because I know I'm in good hands.

I could not be more pleased with the service and care that I received at your office. For the first time ever, I was NOT in pain or discomfort when I left the Dentist! It was such a pleasant experience, I was actually laughing and having a good time. Thanks so much to Marissa and Dr. Methven. I appreciate your team of personable staff and recommend your office to anyone who needs any dental work done. Thank You!
